We collect your full name, mobile number, email address, and date of birth for identity verification. We also record the payment identifiers — such as your UPI virtual payment address or Paytm mobile number — associated with transactions you make.

We retain the transaction reference ID and the payment method used for the period required under Indian financial regulations. The full payment credential is handled by the payment processor and is not stored on our servers after the session ends.

Yes. Log in to your account, go to Settings, and select Data and Privacy to download a copy. Alternatively, email our privacy team with your registered mobile number and we will send the export within fifteen working days of verifying your identity.

Submit a deletion request through the Data and Privacy section in Settings or email the privacy team directly. We will process the closure and delete your data once the legally required retention period for financial records has passed.

We share transactional data only with the payment processors — UPI networks, Paytm, PhonePe — needed to complete your deposits and withdrawals. We do not sell, rent, or transfer your personal data to advertisers or unrelated third parties.
